Test Administrator - ERP, IFS, SIT, UAT - South London

Salary: £71,500 - 71,500 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Test Administrator, Test Coordinator, Test Analyst or similar role within an ERP or enterprise applications environment.
• Practical experience supporting SIT, UAT and regression testing, including test script and test execution administration.
• Strong experience managing test evidence, defect logging, tracking and retesting through to closure.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate business testers, chase actions and proactively escalate testing risks and blockers.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience using test, project or defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail or similar.
• Previous IFS or IFS Cloud experience is desirable, alongside experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes.
• Previous experience supporting testing within an ERP, enterprise applications or business systems environment.
• Practical experience across SIT and UAT, test script administration and defect management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate business testers and proactively manage outstanding testing activities.
• Ability to commit to a high level of onsite attendance in South London.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on coordination and administrative support throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Work closely with business users, functional consultants, technical teams and project stakeholders.
• Maintain test scripts.
• Coordinate test execution.
• Monitor progress.
• Manage test evidence.
• Track defects and produce regular testing reports.
• Coordinate business testers.
• Chase actions and proactively escalate testing risks and blockers.
• Support testing activities across an IFS transition programme.

We are a global technology services organisation supporting testing activities across an IFS transition programme. This is a hybrid role based in South London with a high level of onsite attendance required. The initial contract is for 3 months, with a view to extension, and offers up to £275 per day outside IR35. We are seeking an experienced Test Administrator or Test Coordinator to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders on a key ERP testing programme.
