Technical Lead - Embedded Software Engineer C/C++

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong software development experience in C and C++
• Hands-on experience using IBM Rhapsody
• Previous experience leading technical teams or projects

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to embedded software engineering teams
• Design and develop software in C and C++
• Work with IBM Rhapsody in a model-based development environment
• Define software architecture and support technical decision-making
• Oversee software integration, verification, and validation activities
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and integration teams
• Support the resolution of complex technical issues
• Conduct technical reviews and mentor engineers where required
• Ensure software is developed in line with project and quality requirements
