Technical Business Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 52,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience eliciting, analysing, documenting and validating functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Experience defining non-functional requirements, including performance, security, resilience, recoverability, operability and supportability
• Experience in technical and data analysis, covering integrations, data quality, migration, reconciliation and controls
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge and experience of AI implementation are desirable but not required

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, document and validate functional, non-functional, technical and data requirements
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from business objectives and requirements through solution design, testing and delivered outcomes
• Create process models, data models, current-state and future-state documentation, and reusable analysis artefacts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, testers, operational colleagues and third-party suppliers
• Review requirements, supplier artefacts and solution designs; constructively challenge and escalate material gaps, risks and dependencies
• Define measurable outcomes, acceptance criteria and success measures, and support post-delivery validation and lessons learned
