Staff Product Designer

Salary: £66,000 - 106,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking multiple talented Product Designers to join our FinCrime team in London or Budapest.
• We want you to design and enhance products for our global customers and operations agents, with a focus on transactions and funds movement.
• We want you to collaborate with product teams to transform complex workflows into intuitive mobile and web experiences.
• We want you to make the investigation process as seamless as possible for our customers.
• We want you to design end-to-end experiences across our Personal and Business products.
• We want you to develop a deep understanding of our customers and their goals.
• We want you to engage with agents to build empathy and understand their challenges using our internal products.
• We want you to leverage your Product Design skills to discover, design, and deliver simple, crafted experiences that agents and customers love, while helping us reduce operational costs.
• We want you to play an influential role in your team, improving customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality.
• We want you to partner with your cross-functional team to define the roadmap and focus on the most impactful work for our customers.
