Senior Solutions Architect

Salary: £37,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of proven experience, including at least 3 years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
• We require advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or Red Hat OpenShift.
• We require eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance; existing clearance is a strong advantage.
• We require strong knowledge of best practices for deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient containerized applications on Kubernetes.
• We require proven experience implementing infrastructure as code, ideally with Terraform; experience with Helm or Kustomize is strongly preferred.
• We value familiarity with tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Ansible.
• We value experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• We value experience with modern technologies and methods such as REST/SOAP API management, data ingestion and streaming, Kafka, SSO, LDAP, IT security, and Agile ways of working.
• We value experience with Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes for large volumes of data.
• We require knowledge of security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
• We require solid project management experience and a strong customer-centric mindset.
• We require the ability to work confidently with customers and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a broader audience.

Responsibilities:

• We lead technical discussions to analyze customer architecture, recommend optimal solutions, and support deployment within technical constraints.
• We serve as the key technical stakeholder for successful technical delivery and onboarding of our platform for enterprise clients.
• We remove technical obstacles to maximize user adoption and clarify technical risks and tradeoffs.
• We promote reusability by deciding between dedicated customer solutions and broader platform enhancements in collaboration with our product development team.
• We establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and our platform via APIs and internal tools.
• We guide customers on authentication, user and group management, and provisioning best practices.
• We act as the technical liaison translating customer requirements into successful deployment on client infrastructure and integrations with source systems.
• We lead discussions on user management and authentication to remove technical barriers to adoption.
