Senior Solution Engineer

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success for an enterprise software organization.
• Expertise in Agentforce for the manufacturing and/or automotive industry, including autonomous AI design and human-agent collaborative strategies.
• Experience selling to customers across the UK in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Salesforce and/or certifications related to artificial intelligence, especially generative AI and LLM concepts.
• Experience implementing digital transformation strategies, enterprise consulting, and delivering increased customer success.
• Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
• Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively to solve problems in fast-paced, energizing environments.
• Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
• Ability to search for information, experiment, focus on complex topics, and solve puzzles.
• Strong ability to explain ideas and keep people engaged.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
• Experience aligned to core competencies such as extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer work, or relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the full solution cycle in close collaboration with other teams.
• Understand customer needs and position our product as the best solution for unique challenges.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of the clients industry and technology for manufacturing and/or automotive solutions.
• Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and customized demos to key decision-makers.
• Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to maintain effectiveness in the role.
• Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
• Respond efficiently to RFPs.
• Lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
• Grow your career through internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.
• Design and prototype agentic workflows using Agentforce to solve complex business challenges.
• Guide clients on the strategic shift from legacy CRM workflows to an Agentic data platform.
