Senior Ruby on Rails Developer
Job Description
Salary: £75,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (or similar)
- Proficiency in Ruby and TypeScript
- Solid with Ubuntu, MySQL, and AWS
- Comfortable with front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- A sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communicator and self-starter in a remote setup
- Bonus points for bringing AI into the business as part of a transformation project
- Experience with other languages/frameworks
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Craft and maintain sleek web apps using Ruby and TypeScript
- Architect scalable, secure backend systems

- Tune performance for speed and scalability
