Senior Product Manager

Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience successfully building and launching products from scratch (0→1).
• Previous experience within the aviation industry or delivering software into aviation environments.
• Strong experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and product vision.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance user needs, commercial priorities and technical constraints.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams within Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence working autonomously within a fast-paced, scaling technology business.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a brand-new aviation-focused platform.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritise product development.
• Balance commercial objectives, customer needs and technical considerations when making product decisions.
• Use data and customer feedback to validate product direction and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate priorities, risks and delivery plans clearly across Product, Engineering and Leadership teams.
• Help establish scalable product management processes as the platform evolves.
