Senior Manager, Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• We want candidates to demonstrate a majority of the following essential skills and experience.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions and how they drive success and deliver value in a business context.
• Experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Power Platform, M365, and Active Directory.
• Experience leading formal client workshops to gather requirements and define customer needs.
• An advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM functional certification, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 or equivalent Marketing/Sales/Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, or equivalent.
• Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, planning and executing testing and training, defining support procedures, and supporting Dynamics implementations.
• Excellent technical communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Experience contributing to RFP responses and other sales activities.
• Relevant experience in the Microsoft stack, with strong experience working as a Technical Consultant or Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Use Dynamics 365 knowledge, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of client strategic goals, current challenges, and needs.
• Engage in discovery activity and capture functional and non-functional requirements across CRM, infrastructure, data/integration, and compliance domains.
• Create relevant and digestible technical design documentation.
• Advise customers on developing their Enterprise CRM roadmap.
• Oversee and guide the delivery of Dynamics implementations, maintaining a focus on quality solutions that meet customer needs.
• Contribute to thought leadership to keep us at the cutting edge in Dynamics.
• Provide technical input into proposals and business development activities to support credibility and competitiveness in the market.
• Lead and contribute to diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
