Senior Implementation Analyst

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for experience in a technical implementation role such as Implementation Analyst, Data Analyst or Implementation Engineer.
• We need strong experience delivering website and app analytics tracking, including data layer specification, implementation, debugging, testing and validation.
• We require extensive knowledge of digital analytics platforms such as GA360 and GA4, tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager and Tealium iQ, JavaScript, and tagging governance best practices.
• We are looking for experience implementing and managing server-side tracking solutions, ideally using Tealium EventStream.
• We need good working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and experience using Google Cloud.
• We require experience debugging and troubleshooting tracking issues within native mobile applications.
• We are looking for someone confident presenting technical concepts, data insights and solutions to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
• We need strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to peer review work and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• We partner with Measurement, Product, Analytics and brand teams to define and deliver tagging and measurement requirements across digital platforms.
• We lead the implementation of tagging solutions for websites and mobile apps, working with engineering teams to develop and enhance data layers.
• We monitor, analyse and improve data quality, proactively identifying issues, investigating root causes and delivering sustainable solutions.
• We manage tagging changes through release pipelines, ensuring robust governance, performance and high-quality change management.
• We maintain and optimise third-party vendor integrations, ensuring accurate, consistent and reliable data collection.
• We build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, documentation and alignment of tag management and analytics platforms to deliver consistent tracking.
• We drive continuous improvement by researching emerging technologies, sharing best practices, peer reviewing changes and supporting the development of team capability.
