Senior Data Analyst

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong command of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Matplotlib.
• Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests and apply sound experimental methodology.
• Strong understanding of how to leverage AI to improve analysis speed, accuracy, and impact.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft a clear narrative from complex data.
• Background in statistics, causal inference, or experimentation frameworks is an advantage.
• Experience mentoring analysts or leading analytical projects is an advantage.
• A deep interest in social, communication, or engagement-driven apps is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis aligned with our company strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate data findings into actionable product and business decisions.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product changes and user experience optimizations.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to track platform health, user behavior, and key trends.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, influencing both tactical and strategic decisions.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate analytical workflows and uncover deeper insights.
