Senior Consultant Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud UK

Salary: £24,000 - 59,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require 14+ years of information technology experience.
• We require 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Talent and Learn modules.
• We require hands-on experience with UK public sector clients.
• We require strong experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud to meet business requirements, including approvals, DFFs, EFFs, and Journeys.
• We require the ability to lead discussions with customer teams on integrations, data migrations, and reports.
• We require experience designing and building security roles, including job roles, data roles, and security profiles.
• We require proficiency in Redwood enablement and related tools for user experience enhancements.
• We require strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate technical, functional, and security risks.
• We require expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• We require experience working in a global delivery environment.
• We prefer knowledge of HCM technical tools such as HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, and Fast Formulae.
• We prefer the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to technical, business, and management teams.
• We prefer experience managing teams of 6+ people.

Responsibilities:

• We will interface with key stakeholders and lead client engagements for Oracle HCM Cloud Talent and Learn solutions.
• We will lead the design, development, and support of related components including data migration, integrations, reports, and status reporting.
• We will implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules in an Agile delivery model.
• We will guide projects through the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering through post-implementation support.
• We will participate in conference room pilots, playback sessions, and training preparation and delivery.
• We will design and configure Talent and Learn processes, including journeys and associated functional setup.
• We will support security design and build for the solution.
• We will prepare status reports with RAG indicators, highlight risks and mitigations, and maintain the RAID log.
• We will translate complex functional and technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, including functional teams, technical teams, and senior management.
• We will ensure smooth delivery and top system performance across complex projects.
