Senior Administrator - SIPP & Provider Assurance

Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client and business outcomes
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• Good understanding of the Wealth Management and Financial Advice sectors, including relevant regulatory requirements
• Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities for improvement
• Confidence to challenge existing processes and champion positive change
• Experience supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives
• A passion for developing others and building high-performing teams
• Strong regulatory awareness and commitment to maintaining industry knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely reporting and review services in line with agreed service levels
• Build strong working relationships across the Client Facing community and wider business functions
• Collaborate with teams across Operations to ensure positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders
• Take ownership of complex issues, identifying solutions and driving them through to resolution
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes, enhancing efficiency and controls
• Maintain awareness of the evolving regulatory landscape and proactively manage risk
• Support and develop colleagues through coaching, training and knowledge sharing
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a high-performance culture
• Ensure all activities are carried out with a strong focus on delivering good client and business outcomes
