Scrum Master

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven Scrum Master experience within financial services, investment management, or another regulated environment.
• Strong experience implementing and embedding Agile practices rather than simply operating established frameworks.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with teams at all levels, including senior leadership.
• A collaborative, hands-on approach with a passion for improving delivery and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach teams and stakeholders.
• Remove delivery impediments.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product Owners, technology teams, and senior stakeholders to shape how change is delivered across the business.
