Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including significant expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and a good understanding of Time Off, Time Sheet, and related SuccessFactors modules.
• We require certification in Employee Central; additional certifications in modules such as Recruitment and/or Onboarding are advantageous.
• We require proven ability to design and deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
• We require experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with 3rd party systems.
• We require a good understanding of data migration, configuration, and reporting tools, such as SuccessFactors People Stories.
• We require experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Payroll products.
• We require a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central, including configuration, integration, and testing, across different industries.
• We require strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• We deliver high-quality SuccessFactors Employee Central projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
• We serve as subject matter experts for SuccessFactors Employee Central, guiding projects from scoping to delivery.
• We lead solution design, configuration, integration, and support activities for Employee Central projects.
• We build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to promote collaboration and mutual success.
• We support thought leadership activities, including industry forums, seminars, blogs, and marketing initiatives.
• We collaborate with Technical Architects and Product Owners to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• We participate in business development activities, such as proposal generation and solution planning.
• We conduct workshops and document detailed designs, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
• We stay current with developments in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
