Salesforce & GTM Systems Specialist

Salary: £66,000 - 106,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years working across GTM Systems in a high growth and high velocity deal environment
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience beyond administration
• Experience leading complex cross-functional builds end to end, from scoping through build
• Demonstrable experience in data modelling, building complex flows in Flow Builder, and Salesforce integration with internal and third-party systems
• Certification is preferable, but hands-on business experience is most important
• Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to develop scalable solutions
• Technically minded with an interest in Salesforce, AI, and related technologies
• Previous experience in a high growth environment, such as a startup or scaleup, during a build phase
• Experience working across the full GTM stack to build seamless, integrated data surfacing processes

Responsibilities:

• Own the Wise Business area within the GTM Systems team and help scale the function through tooling and process enablement
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including complex flows, custom objects, and third-party integrations
• Design and iterate a world-class sales process that streamlines lead intake, scoring, routing, and qualification using Salesforce and GTM systems
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Analytics to identify pain points and prioritize initiatives by impact
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, from technical scoping through build, deployment, and rollout
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes using Salesforce, existing GTM systems, or new vendor partnerships
• Contribute to team planning, strategy, and internal processes to strengthen team capabilities
