Salesforce Field Service Developer/Consultant

Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Field Service experience in customer-facing projects.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce Field Service implementations from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of field service and asset-based service processes, including work order management, scheduling and dispatch, optimisation, capacity planning, technician skills management, Salesforce Flows, and mobile workforce enablement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations from discovery through go-live and optimisation.
• Design scheduling, dispatch, and optimisation solutions, including capacity planning and technician skills modelling.
• Lead Salesforce Field Service mobile app configuration, data capture, and automation.
• Identify and design AI/Agentic Field Service use cases.
• Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure solutions align with architecture and design principles.
• Act as a trusted advisor and own delivery across projects while working closely with clients and delivery teams.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to best practices and innovative Field Service solutions.
