Salesforce Analyst / Administrator

Salary: £38,500 - 67,500 per year

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Business Analysis
• Salesforce certifications, with Administrator certification essential and Architect certifications advantageous
• Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, data modelling, and automation
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve CRM and PRM capabilities
• Drive Salesforce enhancements and optimisations across a business-critical environment
• Streamline processes through automation
• Ensure the platform continues to support our growth plans
• Take ownership of Salesforce delivery and help shape platform strategy
• Deliver innovative solutions within a fast-paced, technology-led organisation
