Regional Client Response Specialist

Salary: £37,000 - 77,000 per year

Requirements:

• Expertise in writing RFPs/RFIs in a technical environment
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to lead requirement-gathering sessions and communicate with professionals at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proactive, organized, and highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work beyond business hours when necessary
• BA degree or high school diploma with typically 7-8 years of related experience
• Multiple years of experience in a sales organization, with 2 years of proposal writing experience preferred
• Multiple years of experience with data center operators preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Responsive and AI tools such as ChatGPT preferred
• APMP certification a plus

Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and collaborate with technical and business development teams to develop response strategies, proposal outlines, and content
• Work with Sales, CSMs, and SMEs to respond to technical and commercial Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, and questionnaire requests
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and tracking of proposal milestones and deliverables
• Perform editing, formatting, compliance checks, final proposal assembly, and delivery
• Monitor final submission of proposals and maintain historical data on proposal results
• Improve the proposal development process based on lessons learned, corporate goals, and business objectives
• Manage regional data used for responses and ensure accuracy through collaboration with SMEs across the company
• Utilize AI tools to generate first drafts, executive summaries, and go/no-go criteria evaluations on RFIs/RFPs
• Perform other duties as assigned
