Program Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Salary: £75,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT program/project management, including at least 5+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (CE, F&O, or Business Central)
• Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent Dynamics 365 programs in a client-facing, consulting or system integrator environment
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 implementation lifecycle, including requirements, design, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT, cutover, and hyper care
• Demonstrated experience managing senior client stakeholders through to program closure and sign-off
• Solid grounding in program governance frameworks, RAID management, and delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent
• Commercial acumen, including budget ownership, forecasting, and margin management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
• Based in the UK and willing to travel to client sites across the UK and Ireland
• Microsoft certifications such as MB-700 Dynamics 365: Solution Architect or PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect are desirable
• PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification is desirable
• Experience in a Microsoft Partner or System Integrator environment is desirable
• Exposure to Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI alongside core Dynamics modules is desirable
• Experience across multiple industry verticals, such as manufacturing, public sector, financial services, and retail, is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Lead and govern the full portfolio of Dynamics 365 projects across the UK and Ireland region
• Drive program-level delivery across multiple concurrent Dynamics 365 engagements
• Act as the primary point of escalation and trust between the delivery organisation and client stakeholders
• Manage senior client stakeholders through to program closure and sign-off
• Oversee governance, risk management, commercial performance, and stakeholder leadership across the program portfolio
