Product Manager - Healthcare

Salary: £52,000 - 92,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a portfolio of projects
• 5+ years of management experience
• Hardware product management experience in healthcare, with multi-site experience essential
• Demonstrable experience managing budgets and planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress
• Previous experience in the dental industry, particularly labs or the dental supply chain, is preferred but not essential
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and manage conflict effectively
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to detect and resolve problems
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and adapt a portfolio of digital healthcare products to deliver business benefits
• Manage medical technologies including Xray AI, lab software, CBCT scanners, OPG, CEPH, and microscopes
• Structure, plan, and sequence technical projects in line with business objectives and strategic priorities
• Identify and support the prioritisation of options and decisions, and communicate complex scenarios and financial information to senior leaders
• Provide status and prognosis reports as required by line management and senior leadership
• Manage a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and business change teams
• Work closely with field and finance teams to understand the financials across scanners within the portfolio
