Product Manager

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with demonstrable experience delivering user-centred digital services and products.
• We need specialist skills and knowledge of product management techniques.
• We expect you to have the ability to apply tools and concepts in different ways and adapt to change, using new methods of working where appropriate.
• You should be able to identify and compare processes or delivery methods and help the team decide on the best approach.
• You must be capable of building business cases based on user needs to support commercial decision-making within our constraints.
• You should understand the product lifecycle and how to design operational processes for the running and maintenance of products or services throughout that lifecycle.
• You must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside our Head of Product and Lead Product Manager to support the development and continuous improvement of our products.
• Join a multi-disciplinary team delivering products and services across Homes England.
• Work with the wider business to define problems and ensure we develop solutions that meet business needs and user needs.
• Lead products through the various lifecycle stages in line with government standards and principles.
• Use our understanding of business and user needs to produce and maintain product strategy, and set priorities for the delivery team.
• Work with operational delivery teams in digital, data and technology to ensure ongoing management and support of products and services are effectively implemented.
• Contribute to an organisation-wide product strategy and ensure service and product strategies form part of a holistic approach to building and maintaining products.
• Link activity back to the business case to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved and expected value for the organisation is delivered.
