Principal Workday EDM Solution Architect

Salary: £28,000 - 51,000 per year

Requirements:

• Significant experience operating at a senior or director level in your capability on multiple large ERP, Corporate Services and/or Workday implementations
• Exceptional understanding of ERP, Corporate Services and/or HCM Workday product, Financials, Payroll, and your specialist capability; Product Manager experience in the Workday ecosystem is ideal but not mandatory
• Exceptional understanding of and experience in delivery methodologies and models designed for software as a service
• Significant experience working in multiple ERP, Corporate Services and/or Workday capabilities
• Broad business and technology experience with good awareness of industry trends
• Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to delegate, motivate, lead, attract, and develop staff
• Excellent customer management experience, working with senior executives in customer organisations and the ability to formally present to senior client and conference audiences
• Excellent skills in managing conflicting demands and performing effectively in complex and difficult situations, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management
• Sound commercial understanding of utilisation within a services organisation and the importance of these targets
• Ability to travel to customer sites in the same region if required, with minimal out-of-region travel also possible
• Ability to work with different functional and technical consultants to understand cross-functional dimensions of Workday configuration
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professional qualifications where applicable in your capability
• Workday certification in HCM, Financials, or Payroll and at least two additional specialisms is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Fully accountable for the quality of how we implement and configure our Employee Document Management application for our global customer base, typically leading a workstream
• Engage directly on high-profile projects and handle significant functional challenges
• Act as a senior liaison and escalation point for our clients
• Take part in business development activities and work with the sales team on opportunities within your area
• Be jointly accountable for achieving sales targets
• Provide commercially competitive estimates and content to support the sales process
• Develop capability in your area and/or local region
• Attract, recruit, develop, and mentor senior talent
• Share knowledge and provide thought leadership internally and externally
