Principal Software Engineer - Full Stack

Salary: £50,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Significant experience leading teams and growing the careers of team members
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders who are expecting to see results
• Several years of experience building backend services in different integration paradigms, such as synchronous API-driven, message-driven, and event-driven
• Fluency in at least one of Java, C#, Python, Typescript, or React
• Recent experience building, deploying, and running cloud-native applications on AWS and/or Azure
• Strong practical experience defining strategies and building and delivering products and services using Agentic AI, optionally including professional-level certification
• Experience working in DevOps teams with industry-standard practices
• Experience producing repeatable, automated tests for your own work
• Ability to work collaboratively with people to build things and solve problems in an egoless way, regardless of level of experience or role in the team
• Comfort with change and willingness to learn new technologies and approaches as needed
