Power Platform Functional Consultant

Salary: £59,000 - 59,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or Power Platform professional with a passion for delivering business value through technology
• Experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio
• Gravitas to challenge and influence
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience translating business needs into practical technical solutions
• A collaborative approach with excellent communication and influencing skills
• An understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Azure DevOps experience is desirable
• A passion for AI, automation and continuous improvement
• Microsoft certifications are desirable
• ITIL knowledge is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, low-code solutions using our modern Microsoft technology stack
• Design and deliver solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio
• Configure and implement applications using a low-code/no-code approach and Canvas Apps
• Manage your own portfolio of change from discovery through to deployment
• Work closely with business stakeholders to improve processes and customer experience
• Act as the technical lead for your solutions, resolving issues and providing expert guidance
• Champion best practice, governance, data quality and continuous improvement
• Support users, encourage adoption and help maximise the value of Microsoft technologies
• Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft innovations and identify opportunities to introduce new capabilities

We are a growing CRM team supporting an enterprise-level digital transformation programme in Manchester on a hybrid basis. We are investing in Microsoft technologies and AI capabilities, offering the opportunity to influence how Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Copilot Studio are adopted across our organisation. This is a permanent role with salary from £59,000 plus benefits, and our interview process is two stages with an ASAP start available in August.
