PMO Lead - Data

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience within PMO, portfolio, programme or project management
• Strong governance, reporting and assurance experience
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Experience improving processes and ways of working
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
• Experience within healthcare, public sector or another complex, regulated environment would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Support programme delivery across a significant data and transformation programme
• Improve governance and reporting
• Work closely with delivery, commercial and senior stakeholder teams
• Support programme assurance, RAID and risk management
• Identify and implement improvements to PMO processes
• Support consistent ways of working across projects and programmes
• Work with delivery teams to improve reporting and visibility
• Support the adoption and effective use of project management tools

We are a growing organisation undergoing a significant data and transformation programme, and this PMO Lead role is based in West Yorkshire with hybrid working. It is a key position where we will support programme delivery, improve governance and reporting, and work closely with delivery, commercial and senior stakeholder teams.
