NOC Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £28,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience in a technical environment such as NOC, IT support, or systems administration.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on triage and first-time fix.
- Familiarity with Linux systems and strong command-line skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
- Passion for learning, service improvement, and innovation.
- Monitor overnight batch processes and respond to alerts.
- Execute routine tasks using Linux command-line tools.
- Use monitoring tools to track performance and detect issues in real time.
- Respond to and escalate alerts and incidents as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Keep documentation and procedures up to date and clearly communicated.
