Job Description
Salary: £16,640 - 16,640 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys technology, and is keen to develop a career in networking and IT infrastructure.

- Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, or operating systems.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addressing, routers, switches, or Wi-Fi.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years.
- GCSE English and maths minimum requirement at grade 3 or above, or equivalent.
- A qualification, part qualification, or work experience in a related area at a lower or the same level is also required.
- Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Supporting the monitoring and performance of network systems.
- Troubleshooting network, connectivity, and hardware issues.
- Assisting with the implementation of network security measures.
- Supporting user access management and system administration activities.
- Helping maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Recording, tracking, and resolving IT support tickets.
- Assisting with network upgrades, projects, and documentation.
- Working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues.

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our employer partners in Chesterfield for a motivated and enthusiastic Network Engineer Level 4 Apprentice. This is a full-time apprenticeship in Chesterfield, Derbyshire offering a competitive apprenticeship wage and the opportunity to work towards a nationally recognised Level 4 Network Engineer qualification awarded by Skills England.
