NetSuite Administrator

Salary: £60,000 - 72,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience with SuiteScript is essential.
• Experience in working with NetSuite.
• Knowledge of SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x.
• Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics.
• Experience of data migration and process improvements.
• Knowledge of database structures.
• Experience of database report building.
• Project management experience.
• Experience of working with third-party plugins and integrations.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to be flexible and show commitment when required by workload.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities:

• Generate SuiteScripts to fulfil business requirements.
• Understand, maintain, and update legacy code.
• Accurately document and communicate scripts and workflows.
• Generate and modify NetSuite reports.
• Update NetSuite system data, including products, classes, and customers.
• Ensure workflows within NetSuite are running correctly.
• Support the possible creation of new workflows and scripts as business needs evolve.
• Manage NetSuite data migration, imports, and exports.
• Generate and modify Excel reports.

We are a fast-growing organisation based in Oxfordshire and one of the leading distributors of cloud, security, and wireless solutions. We are looking to add a NetSuite Administrator to our growing team to work on our NetSuite CRM system. This is a hybrid role based in Wantage, Oxfordshire, with office presence required twice a week. The salary is £60,000 to £72,000 plus bonus.
