.NET Technical Lead

Salary: £49,000 - 66,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experienced in .NET and C# development
• Current ability to act as a Lead .NET Developer, with experience at this level
• Line management experience or the ability to supervise other developers
• Experience with RESTful services
• Code review experience
• Experience developing cloud applications in Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, or another cloud platform
• Architectural design experience and experience creating solutions for cloud-based applications
• API development experience
• Agile experience and Scrum team delivery experience
• Based in Northern Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Architect software solutions using the Microsoft Azure stack primarily, with scope to work with open source technology where appropriate
• Split time between technical development and management responsibilities
• Help build and lead an effective, cross-functional squad working in agile ways of working, including Scrum, DevSecOps, and Design Sprints
• Collaborate closely with local and remote teams
• Make decisions about the appropriate use of the stack, including C#/.NET, Logic Apps, Service Fabric, Data Factory, and Data Flow, to deliver maintainable and extensible outcomes
• Avoid technology proliferation
• Participate actively within a highly collaborative tribe of software engineering professionals and help ensure alignment on standards and ways of working
