Net Technical Lead

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for experienced .NET and C# developers.
• We need someone who can act as a Lead .NET Developer; line management experience or the ability to supervise other developers is essential.
• We require experience with RESTful services.
• We value code review experience.
• We need experience developing cloud applications in Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, or another cloud platform.
• We are looking for architectural design experience and experience creating solutions for cloud-based applications.
• We require API development experience.
• We need agile experience and experience delivering in Scrum teams.
• This role is only open to candidates based in Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Architect software solutions using the Microsoft Azure stack primarily, with scope to work with open source technology where appropriate.
• Help build and lead an effective cross-functional squad working in agile ways.
• Work in close collaboration with local and remote teams.
• Make decisions about the appropriate use of the stack, including C#/.NET, Logic Apps, Service Fabric, Data Factory, Data Flow, and related tools, to deliver maintainable and extensible outcomes while avoiding technology proliferation.
• Participate actively within a highly collaborative tribe of software engineering professionals.
• Ensure alignment on standards and ways of working.
• Balance technical development with management responsibilities in a 70% technical development and 30% management split.
