Lead Value Engineer - City of London

Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in Value Engineering, Pre-sales Value Consulting, Solution Engineering, and/or management consulting.
• Deep financial analysis and modelling of ROI and TCO concepts to justify business cases, with the ability to demonstrate the practical use of ROI metrics.
• Excellent soft skills and presentation skills.
• A mix of business and technical acumen with the ability to engage in discussions involving both technology and business strategy.
• Ability to influence executives and C-Suite with credibility, passion, and charisma.
• High energy, self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and is comfortable owning and executing initiatives.
• Highly effective collaborator who can work across sales, onboarding, sales enablement, and marketing functions.
• Familiarity with technology and/or enterprise software preferred; familiarity with CRM, ITSM, and Customer Service solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct value discovery sessions with our prospects and customers, capturing customer objectives and documenting outcomes to demonstrate quantifiable business value.
• Effectively articulate the gap between the clients current state and desired state.
• Create analytical models and custom executive presentations for key accounts.
• Provide thought leadership and expertise on business value.
• Collaborate with sales enablement to establish and deliver enablement training on how GTM can leverage VE content and collateral.
• Collect and measure key Freshworks and industry metrics to establish trends and benchmarking.
• Work closely with other value engineers, account executives, and solution engineers to contribute to overall value assessment and findings.
• Assist in the production and delivery of executive-level presentations in the field.
