Lead Product Analyst - Regional Expansion

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience
• Strong analytical thinking and product intuition, ideally in banking and financial services
• Technical skills in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tools
• Experience working with technical teams, including product managers, engineers, and analysts
• Relevant experience in a data-driven, complex environment with limited guidance
• Understanding of event data and tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives
• A proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to carry work beyond analysis
• Nice to have: experience in fintech, knowledge of Airflow, GitHub, or dbt, and experience with user-facing products and data

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers and analysts to develop and monitor KPIs for expansion markets, assess the impact of product features, and identify opportunities to improve team metrics
• Develop and own strategies to continuously improve the teams performance metrics
• Act as the primary analytical contact for product launches, conducting forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support rollouts
• Influence product decisions with robust, actionable data insights and present compelling, data-driven arguments
• Contribute to wider product goals in support of our mission to make money without borders
• Build and maintain data assets that help the team diagnose issues and understand product impacts
• Ensure data assets are accessible and used effectively to improve product and customer insights
