Lead .NET Engineer/Developer (Part Remote)

Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience as a hands-on full-stack Lead Engineer or Lead Developer, with the ability to lead people, set standards and deliver outcomes
• Skills in C#, the .NET platform, Python, Azure PaaS (including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB and Azure App Service), ARM/Bicep templates, SharePoint and React
• AI-native engineering judgment, including building on AI platforms, using AI-enabled tools and taking experiments through to production-grade solutions
• Good understanding of Azure DevOps processes and in-depth understanding of Azure Resource Management
• GenAI experience with tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude is welcome

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small development team across a portfolio of applications
• Contribute hands-on while shaping delivery and engineering standards
• Work with Product Managers and business teams to prioritise and allocate work
• Deliver strategic and tactical technology solutions
• Apply modern DevOps practices and explore emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture and wider technical groups
