Java Developer – SC Cleared

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Java Development experience
• Experience with Cloud Services
• Familiarity with RedHat/Kubernetes
• Knowledge of unit testing
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices (desirable)
• Experience with tools such as Tekton, ArgoCD, SonarQube (desirable)
• Knowledge of Red Hat Openshift or Kubernetes (desirable)
• Familiarity with the Quarkus Framework (desirable)
• Experience in front end development using Angular (desirable)

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, readable, scalable, and maintainable code in Java
• Create reusable patterns to enhance team innovation and velocity
• Write unit and automated tests to ensure quality assurance
• Conduct design and code reviews to meet coding best practices
• Ensure adequate documentation of code and share knowledge with the team
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in an Agile environment
• Collaborate with the scrum team to fulfill sprint commitments
