Salary: £37,000 - 50,000 per year

• You must be willing to complete our IT Support Traineeship and official exams

Responsibilities:

• Complete online training in accredited and industry-recognised IT Support courses from CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco
• Study through our portal from home using multimedia video tutorials, presentations and quizzes
• Work with our expert tutor throughout your training
• Gain practical, hands-on experience through our Livelabs
• Sit the CompTIA A+ exams to achieve official certifications
• Complete the traineeship and prepare to start in an entry-level IT role

We offer an IT Technician Placement Programme designed to help people kick-start a new career in IT, with full training provided and a job guarantee upon completion. The programme is flexible and can be completed alongside full-time work, part-time work, or unemployment, with training delivered in three steps: online learning, practical lab experience, and official exams. We work with IT organisations across the UK to place graduates into local entry-level roles such as IT Technician, Desktop Support, or First Line Support, with a starting salary of £25-35k. The course is available for a one-off fee of £795 or 13 interest-free monthly instalments of £68, and if we do not offer a job on completion, we refund 100% of the course fees.
