IT Systems Support

Salary: £37,000 - 77,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience working in a similar IT support role with business systems used by us
• Experience in the logistics industry with IT, preferably
• Passion for IT and enthusiasm to learn
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally Manhattan ACTIVE or Blue Yonder
• Knowledge of Warehouse Control Systems, desirable
• Planning and organising skills
• Technical or application knowledge, desirable

Responsibilities:

• Provide reliable IT support across the site
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure IT systems meet current business needs and support future developments
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders regarding IT services that impact site operations
• Maintain existing applications
• Assist in developing reporting tools used to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate central IT functions and communicate with site operational colleagues to support IT solutions
• Act as the first point of contact for IT queries and deal with IT-related problems and queries referred by other business teams and external customers
• Work with multiple IT support desks
• Play an active part in IT delivery for the site
• Act as a site IT subject matter expert and provide end user service to enable effective use of IT
