IT Support Technician

Salary: £24,784 - 25,500 per year

• Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting is desirable
• Experience with Apple Mac devices is desirable
• A full UK driving licence would be beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via telephone, email and remote access tools
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network-related issues
• Log, manage and update support tickets accurately
• Deliver on-site support and maintenance when required
• Monitor customer systems and proactively identify potential issues
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of support activities
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and managing expectations
• Build positive working relationships through excellent customer service
• Support the wider technical team with projects and other business requirements as needed

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our friendly and supportive team based in Letchworth Garden City. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to develop your career in IT, gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, and support customers across different industries. We offer a salary of £24,784.50 per annum, annual salary review, a company pension following successful completion of probation, 30 days holiday including bank holidays, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive, collaborative working environment. The role is full time, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, and includes occasional travel to customer sites across the UK.
