IT Support Technician

Salary: £38,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require UK or EU nationality and full right to work in the UK.
• We require candidates to be able to pass DBS and BPSS checks and likely gain SC clearance.
• We require 5-6+ years of solid IT support experience.
• We require experience supporting Windows environments.
• We require good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and basic networking.
• We require a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• We require the ability to deal with frustrated users calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• We support users across Microsoft 365, Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, hardware, and software.
• We provide WiFi and networking support.
• We resolve issues remotely and at the desk as needed.
• We ask the right questions before moving into solutions.
• We handle tickets of varying complexity and duration.
• We stay calm and help users who need support.
• We troubleshoot problems thoroughly and identify root causes.
• We communicate technical issues clearly and professionally.
