IT Support Specialist - Cambridge

Salary: £30,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience from a Microsoft MSP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience across all aspects of Microsoft 365 is essential; Microsoft certification would be desirable
• Familiarity with all Windows operating systems at server and client level, including a working knowledge of virtualisation
• A working knowledge of networking principles and technologies, with experience troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls
• Good sense of humour
• Articulate and well presented, with an excellent telephone manner
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail
• A desire to learn new skills
• Ready to hit the ground running and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical support to business customers as part of our growing helpdesk team
• Troubleshoot issues at a client and server level, including escalated and complex technical issues
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange, and InTune
• Assist with ad hoc duties as required, including some project support
• Work primarily remotely with some requirement to work from our Cambridge office
• Support occasional onsite client project work for candidates based in the East of England, where required
• Work standard hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required
