IT Support Manager

Salary: £48,000 - 52,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced IT professional with strong technical expertise and previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• We would ideally like experience with Microsoft 365.
• We would ideally like experience with Active Directory.
• We would ideally like experience with Microsoft Intune.
• We would ideally like experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications.
• We would ideally like experience in IT Service Desk or End User Support environments.
• We would ideally like experience in technical troubleshooting and issue escalation.
• We would ideally like experience leading or supervising an IT support team.
• We would ideally like experience delivering IT projects or technical implementations.
• We need excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• We will lead, mentor, and develop a small Service Desk team.
• We will oversee daily IT support operations and ensure excellent customer service and SLA performance.
• We will act as the technical escalation point for complex desktop and infrastructure issues.
• We will deliver and support a range of IT projects and technology implementations.
• We will maintain and improve Microsoft-based infrastructure and end-user computing environments.
• We will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
• We will identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and user experience.
