IT Support Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £25,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience in an IT support role (youve done the job, not just studied it)
- Solid understanding of Windows and macOS environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
- Confident, friendly communication — you can explain tech without sounding like a robot
- A proactive mindset: you spot problems, not just tickets
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and isnt afraid to ask questions
- Being a go-to problem solver for our customers via helpdesk, phone, email, and on-site visits
- Providing 1st / 2nd line support and getting stuck into real-world IT issues
- Setting up and configuring hardware, software, and user environments
- Supporting and maintaining servers, networks, and security systems
- Working with the team on IT projects like upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
- Visiting client sites when hands-on support is needed
- Helping users get the most out of tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
