Job Description
Salary: £26,000 - 26,000 per year
Requirements:- We welcome recent graduate applications with a relevant degree such as information systems, business, or a related discipline.
- We are looking for someone who is organised, accurate, and confident managing their own time.
- We need strong written communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to follow written procedures carefully.
- We expect clear and honest communication, with the confidence to ask questions or flag delays.
- We require confident use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- We are looking for someone who can absorb information quickly and turn it into useful summaries, documents, or diagrams.
- We need someone who can work collaboratively with colleagues who have different levels of IT knowledge.
- We are looking for a calm, patient, and focused approach when working to deadlines.
- We expect work to be checked carefully and completed to a high standard of accuracy.
- We create clear documents, process flows, and diagrams from project information and meeting notes.
- We support system testing by following test scripts, recording results accurately, and helping with quality checks.
- We prepare user guides, training materials, and other project resources.
- We keep accurate records, inventories, and project lists.
- We manage version control across complex sets of documents.
- We help colleagues understand and adapt to the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.

We are currently delivering a major IT transformation project, implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to improve how we work, support our teams, and help raise more than £55 million each year for children growing up in some of the worlds most difficult circumstances. This is a full-time, 3-month fixed-term role based in Milton Keynes, with a hybrid option requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office; part-time will also be considered. We are a Christian charity motivated by faith and a desire to reflect Gods unconditional love, and employment is subject to applicable background checks, including a criminal records check.
