IT Project Manager - Oracle Finance/Dataflow Gen2

Requirements:

• We need experience with Oracle Fusion Finance.
• We need experience with Dataflow Gen1 or Dataflow Gen2, or a related BI/reporting solution.
• We need an IT Project Manager who can manage a varied portfolio of internal projects.
• We need experience planning and coordinating delivery, managing stakeholders and suppliers, and achieving agreed outcomes.
• We need experience producing project plans, RAID reports, governance packs, budget and resource tracking, and progress reporting.
• We need experience organising governance meetings, managing risks and dependencies, and escalating issues to senior stakeholders.
• We need the ability to work within pre-defined IT governance processes, controls, and approval gates.
• We need availability to start on 17th August.
• We need the ability to work onsite in Stevenage once a week, with the rest of the time home based.

Responsibilities:

• We manage a varied portfolio of internal projects, including finance, BI reporting, and software implementation initiatives.
• We plan and coordinate project delivery.
• We manage stakeholders and suppliers.
• We ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
• We produce project plans, RAID reports, governance packs, budget and resource tracking, and clear progress reporting.
• We organise and lead governance meetings.
• We manage risks and dependencies.
• We escalate issues that require senior intervention.
• We ensure delivery complies with IT governance processes, controls, and approval gates.
• We determine the software replacement for Dataflow Gen1 as part of the BI reporting work.

We are offering a contract IT Project Manager role in Hertfordshire on a rate of £600 per day, inside IR35 and paid through an umbrella. The initial contract term is up to three months, with a start date of 17th August. The role is based in Stevenage once a week, with the remainder home based.
