IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and related services.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure administration, configuration and management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage and cloud technologies.
• Experience delivering and managing IT support services within a business environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft security technologies.
• Understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and service providers.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience in an IT Operations, Infrastructure or Technical Manager role is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day management, performance and development of our IT infrastructure and support services.
• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring high levels of availability, performance and security.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and SharePoint.
• Configure, manage and optimise Microsoft Azure environments, following best practice for security, governance and performance.
• Oversee IT operations, monitoring system health and proactively resolving infrastructure issues.
• Lead IT support services, ensuring end users receive a responsive and high-quality support experience.
• Manage incident, problem and change processes to minimise disruption to business operations.
• Work closely with third-party suppliers and technology partners to deliver effective IT services.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery planning and cyber security initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement new technologies where appropriate.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures and operational standards.
