IT Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced IT Manager or Senior Infrastructure Manager.
• We require proven ownership of an ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, including maintaining certification.
• We require experience leading ISO 27001 external audits and surveillance or recertification audits.
• We require ownership of Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
• We expect experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• We expect experience with Azure Identity / Entra ID.
• We expect experience with Microsoft Intune.
• We expect experience with Microsoft Defender.
• We expect experience in endpoint management and identity and access management.
• We expect experience with Cisco Meraki or similar enterprise networking technologies.
• We expect experience managing vendors, suppliers and third-party relationships.
• We expect experience managing and developing a small IT team.

Responsibilities:

• We lead day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure, cloud services, networking and end-user technology.
• We line manage and mentor a small internal IT team.
• We own and maintain the ISO 27001 ISMS, including policies, controls, documentation and risk registers.
• We lead external ISO surveillance and recertification audits.
• We own the annual Cyber Essentials Plus certification process.
• We manage Microsoft 365, Azure Identity, Intune, Defender and endpoint security.
• We administer Cisco Meraki or similar networking technologies.
• We manage IT suppliers, contracts and third-party relationships.
• We deliver infrastructure and technology improvement projects.
• We work closely with senior leadership to support the organisations IT strategy.
