IT Business Development Manager

Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 per year

• Experience within an IT reseller, VAR, MSP or technology solutions environment
• Proven success in a new business sales role
• Strong prospecting, networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently

• Identify, target and secure new business opportunities
• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Prospect through outbound activity, networking, referrals and LinkedIn
• Engage with key decision-makers across a range of organisations
• Conduct discovery meetings and understand customer requirements
• Present technology solutions and services that address business challenges
• Develop proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams
• Achieve and exceed gross profit and revenue objectives

We are a highly reputable and growing IT reseller/VAR based in West London, with a hybrid working arrangement that requires 2-3 days per week in our office. This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Business Development Manager, where you will play a key role in driving growth across our customer base. We offer a competitive basic salary of £40,000 to £60,000, with Year 1 OTE of £80,000 to £100,000, uncapped commission, structured career development opportunities, and a supportive, entrepreneurial culture. You will join a respected and growing technology solutions provider with significant growth plans, full ownership of your pipeline and customer acquisition strategy, and clear performance expectations including a Year 1 gross profit target of £200,000.
