IT Administrator

Salary: £26,500 - 26,500 per year

Requirements:

• GCSE Maths, IT and English at Grade C or above, or international equivalent
• Significant previous exposure to the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong numerical and administration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Ability to coordinate information
• Flexible attitude with the ability to prioritise and adapt to constantly shifting priorities
• Resilient nature and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to learn
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence on the telephone
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working as an IT Administrator is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and remove users on our internal IT systems
• Maintain external portal accounts with policy enforcement
• Coordinate licence procurement and assignment
• Maintain the IT asset database and assign equipment to staff via a dedicated system
• Assist the Technician team as and when required
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as required

This is a full-time, permanent IT Administrator role based in our South Court office in Sharston, Manchester, with standard working hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm on Friday.
