Salary: £49,000 - 89,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in agile product management, ideally within B2B enterprise SaaS and financial markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering AI and data solutions to end users.
  • Strong ability to translate complex user requirements into actionable product strategies.
  • Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, matrixed, global environments.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with financial markets data and client-facing data or workflow products.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integration patterns within enterprise product development.
  • Exposure to global teams and cross-border stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the product strategy for AI-powered intelligence products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving market needs.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery from user research and proof-of-concept through to release, ensuring quality, documentation, and user adoption.
  • Partner with UX designers and engineering teams to design intuitive, AI-first solutions that address real user needs at scale.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, balancing technical feasibility, business value, and user impact.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather insights, champion AI adoption, and drive successful outcomes.

As an AI Product Lead reporting to James Tickner, we offer an opportunity to help shape the vision and delivery of AI-driven workflow and insights products within our IR Intelligence division. This is a full-time role based in London with a hybrid work environment of at least 3 days per week in the office, subject to change.
