Head of Information Security

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a highly capable information security leader with a proven track record of delivering secure, compliant and robust systems and procedures.
• CISSP or a similar accreditation would be highly advantageous.
• We are seeking someone able to work from our London office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• We design and lead our information security strategy for the organisation.
• We evolve a cyber and information security strategy aligned with ISO27001 standards and our business objectives.
• We lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• We oversee risk management activities, including risk assessments, mitigation planning and incident response.
• We work with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between security initiatives and organisational priorities.
• We continually harden and enhance our IT systems.
• We manage relationships with third-party suppliers and external auditors.
• We deliver awareness training.
• We enhance and test our disaster recovery, continuity and incident response plans.
• We carry out internal audits for our information security governance frameworks.

We are a well-established, market-leading business based in London. This is an office-based role, and you will work from our office five days per week. You will join us in a position of significant responsibility, supported by a Cyber Security Analyst, and will help ensure we maintain a secure, resilient and robust technology estate with effective security governance policies and procedures in place.
